Source and target in the visualize mesh distance algorithm

Hi all,

I have two meshes, one a ground truth segmentation mask of coronary and the other one calculated using a segmentation network. I would like to use the visualize distance algorithm on the two outputs.

How can I set which one is target and which is the source? is it only based on the order of clicking?

I am attaching the images that shows the two meshes, and the different distance visualization I get from different order of selection.

Hi Farid,
Yes, as with all our algorithms, the order of selection matters.
The second input will always be considered as the reference by the algorithm.
