RecFusion fails to load due to OpenCL failing

Any ideas? I have Intel UHD Graphics 600 which works with my scanners Intel D455 using the SDK 2.0?

Please try to install the latest graphics drivers for your GPU from Intel. In case you have the Windows OpenCL compatibility pack installed, please remove it, since this can cause issues.

Hi Alexander,
I have updated UHD Graphics 600 driver… Up to Date!
I have looked through the dll files and there is an System32/OpenCL.dll
Deleted the driver and reinstalled and still cannot run RecFusion

I have two other computers and they will run RecFusion but not the one with the scanner software on.

I have also checked and I have AMD64 dll files for OpenCL32 and OpenCL64.
Intel_OpenCL_ICD32.dll
Intel_OpenCL_ICD64.dll
IntelOpencl32.dll
IntelOpenCl64.dll
Also have windows/sys/wow64/OpenCL64.dll

Really odd.

If you’ve also made sure that the OpenCL compatibility package has not been installed, it might be related to some other hardware/driver issue. There’s nothing on the RecFusion side we can do to fix this.
