Our company has purchased your software and recommended sensors almost one year ago. Despite our best efforts (e.g., utilizing some of the image-recognition and developers of our company), we could not make the full body scan work with the rotating table and 3 sensors.

I am wondering if we could organize for you to send an expert to our location to support us in setting up everything (Berlin, Germany). We can of course pay for this (including travel costs).
