I’m currently working on a segmentation project for brain metastases. After segmenting the entire dataset, I’ve sent it to a partner of mine, who then corrected some segmentations, which I’ve tagged for him.
After sending the project back to me, whenever I open any of the images that were tagged for correction, the program cashes. While images that are not tagged as such can be opened as expected.
I’m currently on Version 0.21.5, I’m working on a MacBookPro M3 Pro, running Sonoma 14.4.1
are you using the ARM version of Labels or the x86 one? It’s unlikely, but maybe files that were saved on a x86 system cannot be opened on ARM.
Could you maybe send me one of the labelmaps which is crashing? The labelmaps are stored as .imf files in the project folder under the labels subfolder. This folder contains another set of folders that are named after the layer identifiers (if you only use one layer, there is only one folder). Inside those folders are the actual labelmaps named after the identifier of a dataset. You can find the identifier of a dataset in the project.xml by searching for the datasets name.
Hey Markus,
I’m currently using the ARM version of Labels, as far as I’m aware my colleague is using the windows version.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t upload the file to the forum as only images are allowed, but I’ve uploaded it to my google drive so that you should be able to download it.
unfortunately, we couldn’t reproduce the crash yet. Can you please try with a newer version? You can download it here (it’s probably a good to create a copy of the project folder as a backup before starting the new version). There is also a native ARM version now that should work better in general.
