We recently purchased license for imFusionSuite, we are however having issue activating it on our iMac.
We downloaded the academia installer and have it installed. When we fill in the details of our license key an error pop ups.
"Could not connect to license server.Please check your internet connection. Error code 6 (Could not resolve host:api.imfusion.com) "
I tried using wifi and LAN with no success even though all these connections seem to be fine when i open web pages on google chrome.
Has anyone experienced this or have any idea how to fix this issue.

I’m sorry to hear that you have issues with activating our software.
It seems that you are in some kind of protected network environment that requires you to setup a proxy server in order to connect to the internet. If that is the case, please check the “Use proxy” checkbox in the Activation Dialog and enter the details for the proxy server in the corresponding field (you can get them from your network admin).
If that still does not work, please contact me via PM so that we can perform an offline activation.
