I just purchased a license for the academic suite. I downloaded the Ubuntu 20.04: Debian Package 3.1.3 from https://forum.imfusion.com/t/latest-academic-installers-including-labels-3-1/1625.
I tried activating the license using the key provided to me but received an error stating, “Product ID does not match the academic license”. This is the only version of ImFusion installed on my system and I just purchased the license.
Kindly help me resolve this issue.
