when i scan my head, the hair is allways missing but me as the original, i have some 
I have realsense 305, Kinect and realsense 415 and 435 with recfusion single and rtx 2070 8 giga
Is your hair a really shiny black color?

as @Fenrir has already mentioned, if you have black hair, this might be the reason for missing depth data. Most of the sensors have trouble with black color due to its high level of light absorption.
