Hi,
we currently donāt have an option for registering multiple 3D volumes simultaneously. What is possible is to register them sequentially with the āImage Sequence Registrationā.

Hi Markus,
Thank you for your response.
Where can I access this feature, āImage Sequence Registrationā?
I have an academic license, but I canāt find it anywhere.

Sewify.
Hi Sewify,
The Image Sequence Registration
does not work on multiple individual datasets with one volume each but with one dataset with multiple volumes.
Therefore, you first need to combine your volumes into a single dataset using Image Operations -> Combine Images
. This will create a new dataset with multiple volumes. Use the Selection
widget to browse the volumes inside.
Then you can run the Registration -> Image Sequence Registration
on that combined dataset.
After registration you can run Image Operations -> Split Images
to split the combined dataset into individual datasets with one image each.
Alternatively, you can run pairwise regular image registrations on your individual US volumes like this: After you registered 2 volumes successfully, you use the Linking -> Link Pose
feature on those two to keep them registered. Then you continue with the next pair of volumes, first register, then add to the āLink Poseā. Rinse and repeat until everything is registered.
Cheers,
Christian
