Does colour balance and exposure affect reconstruction?

I am wondering if having different colour balance or exposure across multiple cameras can negatively affect 3D reconstruction with RecFusion SDK.

Does RecFusion SDK handle tracking the same object with different colours as sensed by different cameras? For instance some might look dark brown in one RGB feed and yet light tan in another due to different exposure settings.

tracking relies only on depth data, therefore, the final geometry will not be influenced by the color camera settings. Only the coloring and texturing of the mesh will be dependent on these.
