Algorithm ImfusionFile 2d Image Set failure

I am running a imfusion workspace in Imfusion suite ultrasound demo. however both in command line and gui I cant export anything that the bottom turns gray and algorithm ImfusionFile,2D Image Set fail in gui. I am wondering whether inefficient authority or anything else is the reason for it.

To help you out efficiently, I would ask you to post here some Logs of the problem and/or some screenshots of the application. Could you provide some of this material?
