Hi, I use Recfusion Pro and I have some questions. I have two notebooks, one of which has a good preview, but on my newer and more powerful notebook it crashes a lot. What can I do about this? Freezing happens every 3 seconds approximately. I use RealSense scanners

I would first check your hardware. What graphics card do you use?
What do you mean by “crashes”? Does it actually crash or just freeze?
To me at first glance this sounds like a performance issue. Maybe you have no graphics card or it is not used properly.

Hello, thank you for getting back to me. My card is RTX 4070 and the image keeps freezing. I also noticed that in the realsense viewer the images only stereo module and rgb camera do not appear.
