DICOM C-Arm Pose Encoding

Hi, I’ve determined the extrinsics of the camera (different C-Arm source positions), using a visible fiducial in the shots. How does imfusion load X-ray geometry from DICOM images, are there specific tags we need to set to determine source and detector locations?

Hi,

so far Dicom only supports source-patient and source-detector distance tags. Intrinsics such as principal point offsets cannot be described by standard dicom tags.
If you have the precise projection matrices, you could load them directly. After opening the X-Ray 2D-3D Registration Algorithm, expand the Cone-beam Geometry panel, there you could find the button for loading projection matrices of different formats.
